Nkb Technohaus Private Limited is based out of an apartment building, specifically unit 314 in Surya Lake View. It’s located in Vikalp Khand, which is part of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. Working from an apartment is a bit different than a big glass office building, but it works for us. We have a nice view of the surroundings, which helps when the day gets long. Gomti Nagar is a pretty large area, and it can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to the layout of the blocks. We have our computers set up and enough chairs for everyone who comes in. Usually, it’s just the sound of typing and the fan running. The 226010 area has grown a lot lately, so there are more shops and places to eat nearby than there used to be. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a straightforward setup. We didn't want a place that felt too formal or cold, so this apartment vibe suits the way we work. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a minute, but that’s just part of being here. It’s a quiet enough place to think. We've been in Lucknow for some time and this spot is where we decided to put down our roots for the business. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs. We get in early and usually stay until the sun starts to set.
