Soft Systems Ltd.

Soft Systems Ltd. has been at B 191 Nirala Nagar for a good number of years. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice because it helps us focus on the coding and data work we do. The office is basically just a renovated house, so it has that lived-in feel with tiled floors and high ceilings. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a small area where we keep the servers cool. Nirala Nagar is a decent area to work in, though it gets a bit crowded during the school run in the mornings. We usually start our day around nine, making a big pot of coffee before sitting down to look at whatever bugs or projects are on the list. We aren't a massive team, just a handful of people who have been working together for a long time. Sometimes we stay late when a project is nearing a deadline, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. There's a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk when the screens get to be too much. We don't really do big advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or heard about us from a neighbor. It's a simple setup at B 191, and that suits us just fine. We just focus on getting the software running the way it’s supposed to.
