If you go to the Aashiana Power House Chauraha, you’ll find us in Brij Palace. We call ourselves Newzen Infotech. We’ve been doing IT work from this spot for a while now. It’s a good location because everyone knows the Chauraha, even if the traffic is a nightmare during rush hour. We handle computer stuff, software, and whatever else falls under infotech these days. Our office isn’t very big, but we’ve got enough space for our computers and a few chairs for visitors. We aren’t some big tech giant with a glass building. We’re just a group of people who understand technology and want to help others with it. Some days we are fixing bugs, other days we are talking to people about their system needs. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens, but we enjoy it. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to our customers because that just confuses things. We’d rather just explain what’s wrong and how to fix it in plain English. The Brij Palace building has a lot of other shops too, so there’s always something going on around us. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the tech world since we started, but we just try to keep up and do our best. It’s simple, practical work. If you’re near the power house, you can usually see our sign from the road and just stop in for a chat.
