Our place is at House No. 42 in Sector 9, Indira Nagar. We go by Namastasye Innovations India Private Limited. Indira Nagar is a well-known area, and Sector 9 is pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of the house numbers. We aren't in a big glass office building. We work out of a house because it feels more natural to us. It’s a regular building with regular rooms, just filled with computers instead of a living room set. We’ve been here for a bit, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. We do innovation-type work, mostly software and technical stuff. There aren't any big bosses in suits here. We all just pitch in and do what’s needed. Sometimes we have tea breaks out front when the weather is nice. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of marketing stuff. We just rely on doing a good job so people tell their friends about us. Sector 9 is a good spot because it’s not too loud, but still close enough to everything. We don't use a lot of corporate talk. We just say what we mean. If a project is hard, we say it’s hard. We don't sugarcoat things. We just try to be honest and get the work finished.
