We’ve been set up over here at Rohit Bhawan on Sapru Marg for a while now. Being on the fourth floor of A-Block, we get a decent view of the area, though the elevator can be a bit slow some days. It’s just how things are in this part of Lucknow. Most people know the building even if they haven't been inside. We handle property stuff, mostly consulting and helping people figure out what to do with their land or buildings. It isn't always exciting work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with paperwork piled up on the desks, but we manage. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just us here, answering phones and meeting folks who drop by. Sapru Marg is a busy spot, so there’s always something going on outside. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. If you’re looking for the place, just head toward the 4th floor. We try to keep things straightforward and don’t like making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a lot of talking to people and checking documents, making sure everything is in order before any papers get signed. We just do our bit every day and head home.
