Moira Architects

We set up Moira Architects over in Patelpuram, which is part of the Gomti Nagar Vistar area in Lucknow. Our place is at 9A/1 near the Gayatri Shakti Pith. If you're looking for us, we are right across from the Sunshine Public School and not far from Janeshwar Mishr Park. It’s a nice part of the city that is still growing quite a bit. There are always new houses going up around here. We spend our days drawing up plans and talking to people about what they want their homes to look like. It’s a lot of back and forth, trying to get the rooms to fit the way someone imagined them. We aren't a big corporate office with a receptionist and all that. It’s usually just us at our desks working on our laptops. We like being in Gomti Nagar because it’s a bit more open than the older parts of Lucknow. Sometimes we go for a walk in the park nearby when our eyes get tired from looking at screens all day. We try to keep things simple with our designs. We aren't trying to win awards or anything, just trying to make sure the buildings stay standing and the people living in them are comfortable. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we know. We just take things one day at a time here. It gets really hot in the summer, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we work.
