Mitraya Solution Services Private Limited is located at 321, on the second floor in Sanjay Gandhi Puram. We are right here in Lucknow, 226016. The second floor is nice because we don't get as much dust from the street. It’s a pretty basic setup. We’ve got some computers and some chairs that have seen better days. It’s a local business, so we know the area well. Sanjay Gandhi Puram has its own rhythm. We fit right in. There’s no big marketing team here. It’s just us doing the service work that people ask for. We try to be straightforward. If something is broken, we say it. If we can fix it, we do. Lucknow can be a hot city, so the fans are always on. We don't have a fancy reception area. Usually, you just walk in and someone is there at a desk. We spend our days on the phone or typing away. It's honest work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. Other times we leave early if the weather is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh. We just want to do right by the people who hire us. It's a small space, but it’s ours. That is how we’ve always run things here since we started. It’s a simple office for simple work.
