Menghi Foods is located out in Village Gaura. It’s off Raebarelli Road in Mohanlalganj. Being a bit further out means things move at a different pace than in the city. We have our space at Ghata 23. It’s a practical location for us because of the space we have. We deal with food items and a lot of the work is just manual stuff. Moving sacks, checking supplies, and making sure everything is stored right. It’s dusty sometimes and the weather can be a bit rough in the summer. We don't have a lot of fancy technology. We mostly rely on a few good people who know what they’re doing. It’s a quiet spot, which we actually like. We’ve been working out of this location for a while now. Surendra Kumar helps us keep things running smoothly. We aren't some big brand you see on TV. We’re just local people trying to make a living with food products. Some days are long, especially when we have to get things ready for transport. You learn to deal with the slow days too. There is always something to fix or clean. We just take it one day at a time here. It’s a simple life out in the village, and the business fits right in. We’re just doing what we know how to do. We don't need much more than the space we have and the road to get the goods out.
