At Magic Villa in Aashiyana, things are a little different than your average house. This is where Magician P Kumar Gold Finger is based. If you come to Sec- M 1038, you’ll see it’s a regular-looking place from the outside, but inside we have all sorts of boxes, mirrors, and things that shouldn’t fit where they do. We spend a lot of time here just practicing and making sure the equipment is in good shape. Lucknow is a great city for what we do, and Aashiyana is a quiet enough spot to focus. We aren't some big entertainment company with a hundred employees. It’s mostly just the family and a few helpers who have been around for years. We don’t really do fancy ads; usually, people just hear about us through word of mouth or see the sign at the villa. The Gold Finger name has been around for a long time, and we try to live up to it every day. Sometimes the neighbors see us loading up the van with big crates and they give us a wave. It’s a lot of hard work, mostly behind the scenes, cleaning props and checking lights. We have a small office area where we take calls and plan out where we need to go next. It gets a bit crowded with all the gear, but we know where everything is. It’s an honest way to make a living, even if it seems a bit strange to some.
