Loc Event Management

We are based out of Aashiyana in Lucknow, specifically on Kanpur Road at E-3/631. Being near Section H means we’re in a pretty active part of the neighborhood. Managing events isn’t as easy as people think. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists twice. We’ve had days where everything seems to go wrong at once, but we just keep pushing through until it’s sorted. Our office is a simple place where we meet clients to talk about their plans. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy presentations. We just sit down with a notepad and listen to what they want. Whether it’s a small party or something bigger, we treat it the same way. The heat in Lucknow can be tough when we’re setting up outdoors, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve got a good handle on where to get things in the local markets. Sometimes we’re hauling boxes ourselves because the helpers didn’t show up. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don’t have a polished corporate image because we’re usually too busy working on the ground. We just want to make sure things run smoothly so the hosts can actually enjoy their own party. Kanpur Road is always humming with activity, and we’re glad to be a part of this community here in Aashiyana. We take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized.
