You can find us in Rajajipuram, right across from the LIC building in C Block. It’s a pretty well-known spot, so people don’t usually have much trouble finding the place. Dezit Services is basically a small office where we handle various tasks for people in the community. It’s not a big operation with hundreds of employees. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of paper. Most days involve answering phones and helping folks who walk in with questions about their paperwork or whatever service they need help with. The area stays busy because of the LIC office nearby, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the regulars who pass by every morning. It’s a basic setup—nothing too fancy or modern. We just try to keep things organized so we don't lose track of what needs to be done. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet goes down, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else. We don’t use a lot of big talk or try to act like we’re some huge company. We’re just a local business trying to be useful to the people around here. If someone comes in with a problem, we sit down and try to figure out a way to sort it out without making it a whole big production. It’s just how we run things day in and day out.
