Karsun Reality Private Limited has been operating out of house number 37 in Ompuri Colony for a good while now. It’s situated right off Raibarely Road, which gets incredibly packed during the morning and evening rush hours. Being so close to Kalendi Park is actually quite nice because sometimes you just need to see some green grass or take a short walk after dealing with maps and legal documents all morning. Vrindavan Yojna is a huge area and things are changing very fast around here. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at, just a comfortable and quiet place where we can sit down and talk to folks about different property options. We spend a lot of our time on our mobile phones or driving out to see various sites in Sector-4. The colony itself is usually pretty quiet, which is a nice relief compared to the noise of the main road. We keep a few extra chairs for visitors and a water cooler that gets a lot of use during the hot summer months. There is always someone new coming in to ask about a specific plot or how the new road construction is coming along. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us doing the daily grind, checking property records and making sure all the paperwork is straight. Sometimes the printer jams up or we run out of blue pens, but we manage to get things done. It’s a simple setup.
