Karsim Technosoft Private Limited is situated on the 2nd floor of the Dhan Nirman Complex. Our office is at 15-A, Ashok Marg in Lucknow. Being right in the heart of the city means it is always busy outside our windows. We can hear the traffic and the people on the street all day long. The office itself is a functional space. We have our computers set up and enough chairs for the team. It’s not a very large area, so things can feel a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We mostly work on software and technical tasks. It involves a lot of concentration and quiet time, though we do talk a lot when we are trying to solve a problem. The Dhan Nirman Complex is an older building, so it has its own quirks, like the occasional elevator issue or a flickering light in the hallway. We don't mind much because we are there to work, not to look at the decor. Our team is pretty small and we don't follow a strict corporate hierarchy. We just share the work and help each other out. Lucknow is our home, and being on Ashok Marg puts us close to everything we need. We usually grab lunch from one of the local stalls nearby. It’s a straightforward way to run a business without any of the extra polish or fluff. We just keep our heads down and work.
