Our office is in Lucknow, right in the LDA Colony on Kanpur Road. We are at HIG A-2/277 in Sector F. It’s an older residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the center of the city. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It has that homey feel, with separate rooms for different tasks. We’ve got our computers set up on whatever desks we could find. 226012 is a good area to be in. You can hear the traffic from Kanpur Road in the distance, but it’s not too loud. Most of us have been working here for a while. We don't have a lot of formal rules. We just show up and get the infotech stuff done. The kitchen is always a bit of a mess with tea cups, but that’s fine. We don't have a receptionist to greet people. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door opens it. The walls are a bit plain, and we haven't really decorated much. We just care about the work on the screens. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We usually take a long break in the afternoon when it’s hot outside. Lucknow is a great city, and being in Sector F makes the commute easy for most of the team. We just keep things simple and practical. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just us working out of a house every day.
