Our place, Jagdambe Infra Realty LLP, sits over at C 45 in Sector A of Mahanagar. It’s a well-known part of town, so finding us isn't too hard. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. The office isn't anything too special to look at, just a functional space where we get things done. We focus on property and infrastructure bits around the city. It’s mostly just sitting down with people and going over floor plans or land documents. Mahanagar has a specific vibe, and we’ve grown quite used to it. The streets are lined with trees, and it’s a busy spot during the day. We don’t use any fancy sales talk here. If a piece of land has issues, we say so. If a house is solid, we say that too. It’s just easier to be direct. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of closing work to finish. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. From answering the door to checking out new sites, we keep ourselves busy. We like the local community here. It feels like home. We’re just regular people trying to help other people find a spot to settle or invest. It’s honest work, and we plan to keep at it from our Mahanagar office for a long time. People drop by for tea and a chat often, which is nice.
