If you find yourself in the Krishna Nagar area of Lucknow, that’s where we are. Intouch Solution Pvt Ltd. is located at 12A, New Ashutosh Nagar. It’s a regular neighborhood, and our office fits right in with the surroundings. We’ve been here for a while now, handling all sorts of solution-based work. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. Instead, it’s a small, dedicated group of us who show up every day. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional hum of the air conditioner. We handle a lot of technical stuff, which means we spend a good chunk of our time staring at screens and trying to solve puzzles. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we know how to do. Sometimes we have a bit of a backlog, or a project takes longer than we thought it would, but we just keep plugging away at it. We don’t go for any of that polished corporate talk. If something is broken, we say it’s broken and then try to fix it. Being in Lucknow has been good for us; the pace feels right. We know our neighbors and they know us. There’s a tea stall not too far away that we frequent when we need a break from the monitors. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to do a decent job every day and then head home. I suppose that's all there is to it, really.
