We've been at 624/NEW-1 in Hope Villa for a while now. It's over in Vibhuti Khand, right in Gomti Nagar. If you know Behenan Purwa, you know exactly where we are. Indotech Realty Private Limited isn't a big flashy firm. We just handle property stuff here in the neighborhood. It started because a few of us liked working with houses and land. The office is usually pretty busy with paperwork and people coming in to ask about plots. Sometimes the traffic around Gomti Nagar gets a bit much, but we like being central. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to local folks. It isn't always glamorous work. There's a lot of running around and checking on sites. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a place or wants to sell, they just drop by. We've got a small desk set up for visitors. Most of the guys here grew up nearby, so we know the streets well. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just doing our jobs day by day. The coffee machine breaks sometimes, and the files get messy, but we manage. People know where to find us if they have questions about a piece of land. It’s a decent spot to work from. We’ve seen the area change a lot lately with all the new buildings going up. It keeps us on our toes for sure.
