You can find Maruti Nath Softec Pvt. Ltd. over at C-2223 Indira Nagar, right on Arravalli marg. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in. We’ve got a lot of neighbors who are also small businesses, so there’s a good feel to the area. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly just enough room for the team and our gear. We’ve been here at Indira Nagar for a while, and we’ve gotten to know the local tea stalls pretty well. The work we do is mainly software-related, so it involves a lot of screen time. Arravalli marg is usually busy during the day. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up. Maruti Nath Softec Pvt. Ltd. is a small operation, and we like it that way. It makes it easier to keep track of everything. We don't go for the corporate lifestyle. We wear casual clothes and just focus on getting the code right or fixing whatever system is acting up. It's a simple way of working. No big meetings that go on for hours. Just honest work done by people who know what they’re doing. C-2223 is our home base, and we’re here most days of the week, just keeping the wheels turning. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that do the job well enough.
