If you find yourself on Kursi Road near Mama Churaha, you'll likely see the Chandra Kamal Cplx. That is where we are, at number 15. We go by India Towers. It is a busy spot in Vikas Nagar. There is always something happening outside the building. Traffic near Mama Churaha can be a bit of a mess during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and engines. Our office is a simple one. We spend our time managing the daily operations and whatever else comes our way. It’s not the kind of work that gets a lot of attention, but it needs to be done. We have a lot of regular faces coming in and out of the complex. Vikas Nagar is a good place for a business like ours because everything is close by. We don't have a big team of executives. It is just a handful of us who know the building inside and out. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. We just focus on keeping the place running as best as we can. Some days are slower than others, but there is always a leak to fix or a tenant to talk to. We like the local feel of this area. It’s not as corporate as some other parts of the city, which suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work day after day.
