Ibsn Inc is based over at IIM Lucknow, specifically in Hostel No 2, Room 212. It’s located in Prabandh Nagar, right off Sitapur Road. Being on a campus like this gives our work a different kind of energy. It’s not your typical downtown office space. Lucknow 226013 is the area code, and the whole place is surrounded by the academic atmosphere of the institute. Our room is 212, and it’s where all the ideas for Ibsn Inc get turned into reality. It’s a compact space, but it’s got everything we need. We don’t have a boardroom or a breakroom; we just have our desks and each other. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded, especially when we are all in there at once, but it makes for quick communication. There’s no corporate ladder here. We all just pitch in on whatever needs to happen. The walk from the main gate of IIM Lucknow to Hostel No 2 is quite a distance, so we usually stay put once we get to the office. It’s a unique spot for a company, but it works for us right now. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or polished brochures. We just focus on the work sitting in front of us. It’s an honest, stripped-back way of running things. We like being part of the Lucknow community and the campus life. It’s a quiet place to get things done.
