Hindustan Enterprises

Hindustan Enterprises is located in Village Haraiya, right along the Lucknow Road. We are quite close to Transport Nagar, which means there are constantly trucks and lorries passing by our front door. The road is often very dusty and noisy, but it is a good location for the kind of work we do. The building we use is a simple structure that has been here for a long time. It has a high tin roof and plenty of floor space for storing goods. We don't have any big, shiny signs, just the company name painted on the wall, which has faded quite a bit over the years. Most of our day is spent talking to truck drivers and checking their paperwork as they come and go. In a village like Haraiya, everyone tends to know their neighbors, so we often have people stopping by just to say hello while we are working. The office is just a small corner we walled off from the rest of the warehouse. It gets quite warm in the afternoon, so we leave the shutters open to get a breeze. We have an old computer that is a bit slow to start up, but it eventually works well enough for our needs. It is a very humble setup. We handle different types of goods and keep everything stacked on wooden pallets until it is time to move them out.
