Our spot is in Thakurganj, specifically right behind the T.B. Hospital. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main markets of Lucknow but we still have plenty to do. The location is simple and we don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Most of our work happens out at the venues anyway so the office is mainly for storing our supplies and having quick meetings to figure out the week's schedule. It’s a basic setup with a few tables and a lot of storage shelves. We handle the logistics for all kinds of gatherings and it involves a lot of heavy lifting. Loading the trucks in the morning is a bit of a workout. We’ve got a small crew and we all pitch in with the manual stuff. Thakurganj has a neighborhood feel to it and we’ve gotten used to the daily rhythm behind the hospital. It’s not a fancy corporate job. We’re usually covered in dust or paint by the end of the day. We don't spend much on advertising because people usually just hear about us from someone else in the area. We just show up on time, do what needs to be done, and then head back here to clean up the gear. It’s honest work and it keeps us moving. No big speeches or complicated plans, just getting the job finished and going home.
