Gradel Technologies Private Limited is located at E-1205 in A V Colony, over in the Talkatora area. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer. Having a workspace in a residential colony means it’s a lot more peaceful during the day. We don't have a giant sign outside or a receptionist sitting at a desk. It’s just us inside, working on our computers and trying to stay on top of things. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with equipment and people who know what they’re doing. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the neighbors and the best places to get tea in the afternoon. It’s a very low-key environment. We don't go in for those corporate retreats or team-building exercises you hear about. Our team building mostly consists of ordering pizza and sitting around talking. It’s an honest way to spend the work week. We deal with the usual ups and downs of running a small business, like late deliveries or technical glitches, but we don't let it get to us too much. We just take things one day at a time. If you were to drop by, you’d probably see us in jeans and t-shirts just getting through the workload. It’s a simple, practical life for us here in Talkatora, and that suits us just fine.
