We are based out of Sec-D in the LDA Colony, right near the Kanpur Road. The exact spot is SS II D1 1476. It’s a busy part of Lucknow because of the main road nearby, so there is always a sound of horns and engines in the background. Glickman Realtors Private Limited is a small operation. We have a few desks and some really old computers that we probably should have updated years ago. The office is part of a residential layout, so it feels very much like a local neighborhood spot. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every morning while we are opening up. Subha Ram’s name is on the paperwork, and we’ve been part of this community for a while now. The floors are tiled and always a bit cold, even in the summer. We keep a lot of physical ledgers because we don't fully trust the digital stuff sometimes. It’s a lot of writing and checking things twice. The LDA Colony is a big area, so we spend a lot of time giving directions to people who get lost looking for 1476. We don't have a fancy lobby or a water cooler, just a clay pot for drinking water and some basic chairs for whoever drops in. It’s a straightforward place. We come in, do what needs to be done for the day, and then lock up the gate when it’s time to go home.
