It’s a regular Lucknow neighborhood where people know their neighbors. Our office is small, but it fits our team and all our computer gear well enough. We spend most of our hours staring at screens. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or use the backup like everyone else in Uttar Pradesh. We don't have any corporate mottos or mission statements on the walls. We just come in, have some tea, and get to work on the tech stuff. The area is mostly houses, so it stays relatively quiet during the working day. There are some good local places to grab a bite to eat nearby, which is a plus. Even though we are a private limited company, it feels more like a small group of friends working together. Everyone helps out with the small stuff, like fixing the printer or tidying up. Our furniture is a bit of a mix of old and new, and the place is definitely lived-in. We like it here in Sharda Nagar and plan to stay for as long as we can.
