Rasm Solution Llp is based at Gaurbheet Chauraha in Fazullganj. If you know the chauraha, you know it’s a spot where everything meets. It’s a busy intersection with plenty of shops and people always passing through. Our office isn't anything spectacular to look at. We’ve got our computers set up and a few chairs for when someone drops by. Working in Fazullganj means there’s never a dull moment; there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We handle a variety of solutions, mostly technical stuff that keeps us busy from morning until late. We don't really do the whole "corporate culture" thing. Usually, it’s just a few of us working through tasks and figuring out how to fix things that aren't working right. The desks are a bit messy with cables and coffee cups. We often go out to the local stalls for a quick bite or some tea when the work gets too heavy. It’s a very local feel here. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise office park. Instead, we’re right there in the middle of the neighborhood. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking, but most days we’re quite caught up in the work. It’s a practical, down-to-earth place where we just try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved without any grand promises or fancy words.
