Our place is in Lucknow H O. It's a simple setup we’ve got here. We aren’t one of those big companies with glass walls and uniforms. Most of the time it is just us sitting at our desks and trying to keep things organized. Lucknow is a busy city, and being in the H O area means there is always noise outside. We are used to it by now. The office isn't particularly big, but it fits what we need. We handle whatever comes through the door. Some days are slow and we just chat, while other days everyone is rushing around. It’s a normal job with normal people. We’ve been around for a bit and people know us by now. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find out about F C through word of mouth or just seeing the sign. We try to keep things straightforward. If there’s a problem, we just fix it and move on to the next thing. It’s not always perfect, and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we try to be honest about it. The building itself is old, but it has character. We like being here in this part of town. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. We keep our coffee machine running all day and just get through the tasks one by one. That is pretty much who we are, just a small team in the heart of the city.
