Eucoders Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is located on the second floor of Karamat Market. If you’re familiar with Faizabad Road in Lucknow, you’ve probably passed by our building. We are right there in New Hyderabad, in the Nishant Ganj area. It’s a busy spot with lots of shops and people moving around all day. Being an OPC means we are a small team. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting in a room with our computers. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some mismatched desks and a lot of tangled wires. We do tech work, which usually involves a lot of concentration and quiet. Sometimes the noise from the market downstairs drifts up, but we don’t mind it much. It makes the place feel alive. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we definitely get our exercise. We chose this location because it’s easy for us to get to. We aren't interested in being in a fancy IT park. We like the grit of the market. Our days are spent working on various coding tasks and fixing bugs. We drink way too much tea during the afternoon. There isn’t a big boss watching over our shoulders every second. We just know what we have to finish and we get it done. It’s a very straightforward way to work, and we prefer it that way.
