Donecent Realtors is found at B-92 in the Annnpurna Complex. We are located in Sector-H of the LDA Ashiana area, right off Kanpur Road. It is a busy part of the city, and we have been working here for a while. Our office is a simple setup where we handle all kinds of real estate requests. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we know the Ashiana area very well. Whether someone is looking for a small house or a larger plot near Kanpur Road, we usually have something in our books to show them. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the paperwork that comes with buying land or houses. It isn't the most exciting work, but it’s important to get it right. We try to be direct with everyone who comes through our door. If a price is too high or a location isn't great, we say so. We don't want people to be unhappy later on. Our business has grown slowly just by word of mouth and being consistent. We are usually in the office from morning until evening, unless we are out at a site.
