Disha Computer

We are tucked away in the basement of the ABC Complex which is part of the Ajanta Hospital building here in Alambagh. It stays a bit cooler down here in the Lucknow heat which is nice for the computers and for us. We do all sorts of things like hardware repairs and selling small accessories or helping people with software installs. The lighting isn't the best because we are below ground but we have good lamps on the workbenches. It is a busy area near the hospital so there is always something going on upstairs. We started this shop because everyone needs help with their tech sooner or later. My brother and I usually handle the repairs while a friend looks after the front desk. We have stacks of old keyboards and boxes of cables that we really should sort through one day when we have time. The walls are just plain and we have a few posters of old hardware. It isn't a showroom by any means. It is a workshop first and foremost. People bring in their printers when they jam or their laptops when they won't turn on. We just give them a fair look and tell them what is wrong. Sometimes we stay late when a difficult job comes in or when a customer needs their machine back for work the next morning. That is just how it is when you run your own place.
