Dinesh Kumar here, running things from E-3/278 in Vinay Khand. Lucknow's weather gets pretty tough in the summer, but the work goes on regardless. I am usually around the office most days of the week. It is not a big fancy setup by any means. Just me doing what needs to get done to keep things moving. People stop by quite often to chat or ask questions. Gomti Nagar is a busy area but we always find a bit of time to talk. It has been a few years since I started this. Sometimes the traffic gets really bad near Vinay Khand, which makes everything take longer than it should. I try to stay organized but there is always a lot of paperwork piling up on my desk. I have lived in this city for a long time. The office is fairly easy to find if you know the local landmarks nearby. I do not use much technology, mostly just pen and paper for my accounts. It seems to work well enough for me. My family helps out sometimes when things get especially hectic during the busy months. Most people around this neighborhood know my name by now. I focus on getting the job finished correctly instead of rushing through it. There is no point in doing something if it is not done right the first time. The tea stall on the corner is where I take my short breaks.
