You can find us over at A-2 in Patiala House, which is part of the Anuj Apartments at 93 Dalibagh. It’s on Ashok Marg, so it is a pretty central spot for Lucknow. Diksha Advertising & Printing Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this apartment space for quite some time. It’s not your typical glass-and-chrome office. We have printers running in the back and stacks of paper sitting in the corners. The place smells like ink and glue most days, which we have just grown used to over the years. Being in a residential apartment building means things are a bit more low-key. We know the neighbors and the security guards. Our desks are pushed up against the walls to make room for the bigger machines. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the right door because the layout of the complex is a bit confusing, but once they find us, it’s all good. We don’t do much in the way of fancy meetings. Usually, we just sit around the main table and talk through what needs to be printed for the day. It’s a practical setup. We handle a lot of different jobs, from small flyers to bigger advertising stuff, but we just take it one order at a time. The light in the office is okay, but we prefer keeping the windows open when the weather allows for it. We keep our heads down and just get the printing done for whoever needs it that day.
