Digicom Impotent

Our place is at House No-117/3 in Gautam Vihar, Kalyanpur. It’s more of a residential street, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main market area. We decided to set up Digicom Impotent here because it’s close to where we live and easy to manage. The office is basically one big room filled with computers, cables, and spare parts. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know exactly where everything is. We mostly deal with digital equipment and repairs. Some days we have people dropping off computers that won't turn on or asking for help with their internet setups. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. We don't have fancy uniforms or a lobby for people to wait in. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't busy at their desk. Sometimes the power goes out in Kalyanpur, which is a real pain when we are mid-repair, so we have a small backup generator that hums away in the corner. We try to be fair with people and tell them if something isn't worth fixing. It’s just a few of us working here. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from being too silent. It gets pretty busy around the start of the month for some reason. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to provide a reliable place for the people in Gautam Vihar to get their technology issues sorted out.
