Databell Technologies Private Limited is located in Lucknow too, but we are over in LDA Colony near Kanpur Road. The exact spot is MD-1-175. It’s a residential colony, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't in one of those high-rise office parks where you need a badge for every door. It’s just a house-style office where we’ve set up our tech. Being near Knp Rd is handy for travel, but once you turn into the colony, it gets much quieter. Databell Technologies is basically a few of us who know each other well. We don't have a human resources department or a PR team. If something needs fixing, we just fix it ourselves. The office has that typical Lucknow feel to it—a bit traditional but functional. We have our computers, a decent internet connection, and plenty of snacks. We don't really have a "mission statement" hanging on the wall. We just know what we need to do each day and we do it. Sometimes we sit out front when the weather is nice to take a break. It’s a simple life and a simple business. Most people in the area probably don’t even know we’re a tech company. We just look like another house on the block. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to provide for our families.
