We are located at number 16 in Hanumant Nagar, right near the Takrohi Market in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. It is a very lively area because of the market. There is always someone shouting or a scooter honking nearby. We work on info systems, which basically means we manage data and software for our clients. It is a lot of sitting and typing, but we find it interesting. Our office is not very big. It is just a ground-floor space that we have converted into a workspace. We have our computers lined up against the walls and a small table for when we need to sit together. We do not have a dedicated marketing person or a sales team. Most of the people who work with us heard about us from someone else. Lucknow has a certain way of doing things, and we try to stick to that. We are polite, we take our time to do things right, and we do not like to brag. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh about the strange errors we find in the systems we work on. It is a very human way of working. We do not have a corporate handbook. We just use our common sense and try to be as helpful as possible to whoever walks through the door or calls us. It is a good way to live and work.
