Creeda Dev Llp is tucked away at 6 Vishnupuri, right on Church Road in Aliganj. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of houses and small offices. We’ve been in this spot for some time. We do development work, which basically means a lot of typing and looking at screens for eight or nine hours a day. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign outside or a bunch of marketing banners. We prefer it quiet so we can actually focus on the code. The team is small, just a handful of us who live nearby or commute from other parts of the city. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some tea bags. Most of the time, we’re just trying to meet deadlines and make sure the software we build actually does what it’s meant to. Church Road can get a bit noisy during the day with all the traffic, but inside it’s alright. We didn't set out to change the world or anything like that. We just wanted a place in Aliganj where we could work on stuff and earn a living. Sometimes things get stressful when a bug won't go away, but that’s the job. We aren't big on titles or corporate ladder climbing here. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps our feet on the ground. It isn't perfect, but we like it.
