Our office is located at No. 268 New Gulista Colony in Chinhat. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the center of Lucknow. We have a small team here at Cotm Pvt. Ltd., and we’ve been working out of this spot for a while. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms with desks, chairs, and our computers. We start our mornings with tea and then dive into whatever projects are on the desk for that day. Since we are in a colony, you sometimes hear the local sounds of the neighborhood—vendors passing by or neighbors talking—while we are trying to get our work done. It makes it feel more like a home than a corporate space. We handle a lot of logistics and paperwork, and things can get pretty cluttered when we have several deadlines hitting at once. There are days when the internet acts up and we end up sitting around talking until it’s back, which is just how it goes sometimes. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby. If someone needs to see us, they just come to the door and knock. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending money on things that don’t help with the actual work. We just try to stay on top of our tasks and keep the clients happy with what we deliver.
