We are based in the lower ground floor of Gulmohar Apartment, which is at number 6 on Chopling Road in Lucknow. It’s very close to the Times of India Chauraha, so it’s easy to give people directions. Connoisseur Hospitality Consultant is what we do. Basically, we help out hotels and restaurants with the practical side of their business. It’s not all fancy food tasting; a lot of it is looking at spreadsheets or figuring out why a kitchen isn’t running right. The office is a bit quiet since we are tucked away in the basement, but it’s a good place to focus. We’ve been working in the hospitality sector for a long time before we started this. We don't use much marketing talk because we prefer to just look at a problem and find a way to fix it. Usually, we are out visiting clients across Lucknow, checking on their operations or training new staff members. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on paperwork or taking calls from owners who need some advice. Chopling Road is a decent area to work in, and being near the Chauraha means there are always places to grab a quick snack. We are just a small group of people who know how the industry works from the inside and we try to pass that knowledge along.
