Concept Events Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Vibhuti Khand, which is part of the Gomti Nagar area in Lucknow. We are quite close to Madhurima Restaurant, so we usually tell people to look for that when they are trying to find us. Our office is in D 217 C. It is a busy part of the city, and things are always moving fast around here. We handle all sorts of events, from corporate meetings to local gatherings. Lucknow is a city that loves its traditions, so we find ourselves doing a lot of things that involve heavy decor and specific food arrangements. We have a small group of people working here who just like getting things organized. It is not always glamorous. Most of the time, we are dealing with logistics, like truck drivers being late or a generator failing at the last minute. We just deal with it. We don’t have a big marketing department. We just do the work and hope people tell their friends about us. Our space is filled with old files and samples of fabrics. It’s a bit cluttered but we know where everything is. We have been in Gomti Nagar for a while and we like the vibe of this place. We just want to make sure the event goes off without a hitch, or at least that nobody notices the hitches. It is a lot of coordination but we have gotten pretty good at it.
