Compass India Inc.

Our place is called Compass India Inc. and you can find us at 2/487 Rajput House in Rashmi Khand. It’s in the Sharda Nagar area of Lucknow. It’s more of a house than a big glass office building, which we actually prefer. It feels a bit more like home and less like a cold workspace. We do our daily business from here, mostly sitting around the main rooms with our laptops and phones. There is usually someone coming or going, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part. We don't have a big sign out front or anything fancy like that. We just focus on our work and try to stay organized. Being in Lucknow, things move at a decent pace, and we like the local feel of Sharda Nagar. We have our routines, like getting tea from the stall nearby and catching up on emails first thing in the morning. It’s just a small group of us working together to keep things moving for Compass India. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're a huge multinational. We are just a local office in a residential area, doing what we do best every day. It’s practical, honest work and we take it one day at a time. The house has a bit of character and we wouldn't have it any other way.
