We started Coding Web Tech Private Limited out in Tarhiya village. It's a quiet spot near BKT, far from the big city noise. Most of our days are spent at Khasra No. 356. We mainly do computer stuff and websites. It isn’t some fancy glass building, just a regular place where a few of us sit with our laptops. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the work that comes our way. The locals know us as the tech guys in the village. It’s a bit of a commute for some, but the air is better here than in central Lucknow. We take our breaks outside when the weather is nice. There’s no dress code or anything like that. Just some people who know how to code trying to make a living. We’ve been here for a while now and the neighbors are used to us. It’s a small operation. We handle the technical bits for folks who need them. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, mostly just word of mouth. If you’re looking for the office, just ask for Khasra 356 in Tarhiya. We usually have the kettle going for tea. It’s pretty basic here, but we get the job done. Sometimes we work late when a project is due, other days we head out early if things are slow. That's just how it goes for us at Coding Web Tech. We like it this way.
