Codex Media

Codex Media is located at No. 3/12 in Vijay Khand. We’re quite close to the Mithai Wala Xing Chauraha in Gomti Nagar. It’s a busy crossing, so there is always the sound of horns and people shouting outside. Our office isn't what you’d expect for a media place. It’s just a plain room with some desks and a lot of tangled cables. We don't have expensive furniture or a lobby with a water feature. Most of the time, the place is a bit of a mess with notebooks and empty tea cups everywhere. We spend our time working on various media projects, mostly just trying to get the details right. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes we get stuck on a design for hours, and other times things just click. We like being in Gomti Nagar because there is always something happening nearby. If we get tired, we just walk over to the chauraha and get something sweet from the mithai shop. We don't have a corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just talk to each other across the room to get things done. It’s a practical way to work, and it keeps things simple. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on changing how we do things anytime soon.
