Sketch Street Outdoor Media Pvt Ltd is in Flat 303 on the third floor. We are over on Parag Narayn Road, near Batlar Palace. Being on the third floor means we get a little bit of a breeze if the windows are open, which is nice during the humid months. The building is older, but it has character. You can see the rooftops of the neighborhood from our balcony. We spend most of the day coordinating things and making calls. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that people don't really see from the outside. The office is a bit cluttered with samples and old posters that we haven't thrown away yet. We’ve got a small kitchen area where the kettle is always running. My brother-in-law helped us set up the internet, and it mostly stays connected. We aren't a big corporation with departments and fancy titles. Everyone just does a bit of everything. If the phone rings and someone is busy, someone else picks it up. We try to be fair with people and just do a decent job so they come back later. Jai Prakash Nagar is a busy area, so getting here can be a hassle in the evening, but we like being central. It’s a plain office for plain work. No one wears a suit unless there’s a specific reason, which is rarely. We usually have a stray cat that hangs around the stairs, and we give it some milk now and then.
