The Next Printers

You’ll find The Next Printers in the basement of Plot No. 46 at Karamat Market. We are right there in Nishatganj, and the best way to find us is to look for the Good Bakery nearby. The smell of fresh bread and biscuits usually drifts down into our workspace in the mornings, which is a nice little bonus for us. The basement stays fairly cool, though it can get a bit damp when the weather turns. Our shop is packed with different types of paper, ink cans, and various printing machines that take up most of the room. It’s not the most organized place in the world, with stacks of finished work waiting to be picked up and scraps of paper everywhere. We don’t have a lobby or a fancy waiting area. Most people just stand by the counter or sit on one of the plastic stools we have lying around. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting the older machines or refilling ink. It’s a hands-on kind of job, and we usually end the day with ink stains on our fingers. The market is always busy, so there’s a lot of shouting and horns honking outside, but once you step down into the basement, it’s mostly just the rhythmic clicking of the printers. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here; we just provide a place where people in Nishatganj can get their printing sorted out.
