Chopra Innovations LLP is situated out on Sitapur Road, near the Sewa Hospital. It’s around the 485 KM milestone on the Delhi route. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the center of Lucknow, but we like the location. It gives us a bit more space to breathe than being right in the middle of the city. We’ve been here for a while, just working on different ideas and projects. The building is functional. We didn't spend a lot on fancy decorations because that's not really our style. We’d rather spend that on better tools for our work. The team here is pretty laid back. We wear casual clothes and talk plainly. We don’t use a lot of big words or business jargon. If something isn’t working, we just say so and try to fix it. Being near the hospital means it’s a landmark everyone knows, which helps when we’re giving directions. Lucknow is a great place to be based, even on the outskirts. We’ve got a good routine going. Most days start with a quick chat about what needs to happen, and then we just get to it. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the end result is good. It’s just us, working hard on Sitapur Road. We try to stay focused on what really matters to the job we have.
