Chhappan Bhog

You can find Chhappan Bhog right inside Apna Bazar in the Cantt area. It’s a busy place, especially during the weekends when everyone is out doing their shopping. We have been here for a while and the location works well because there is always something going on around us. The Cantt area has its own vibe, a bit more structured than other parts of the city but still quite lively. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do every day. We mostly focus on the food side of things, making sure everything is ready for the people who stop by. The kitchen area gets pretty warm, and there’s always the smell of spices in the air, which you just get used to after the first hour. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s a practical workspace where we spend most of our time on our feet. Sometimes the market gets crowded and it's hard to move around, but that's just how it is in Apna Bazar. We have a few regular faces who come in, and we know most of the other shopkeepers nearby. It’s a simple routine of prepping, serving, and cleaning up at the end of the shift. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture because the work itself keeps us too busy to notice. It's just a honest day's work in a crowded, noisy market area that never seems to slow down.
