CHANDEL PROPRTIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Chandel Proprties is an (OPC) Private Limited company based out of Avadh Vihar Yojna. Our office is in Sector 8, specifically T05, B4. This part of the city is growing quite a bit, and we are right there in the thick of it. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has a homey feel to it. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make way too much tea during the day. The furniture is nothing special, just some sturdy tables and a few chairs for visitors. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just local people who know the Sector 8 area inside and out. There are always stacks of property papers on the desk that need sorting. Sometimes we get distracted by the construction noise outside, but it’s just part of the job. Most of our day is spent driving around to look at different plots or meeting people at the site. We don't have a fancy website with flashing lights. We just answer the phone when it rings and try to help people find what they need in Avadh Vihar. It is a simple life and a simple business. We close up around seven most evenings and head home after checking the locks on the cabinets. It is a busy but straightforward way to spend the week.
