It’s a very chaotic market with bikes and people everywhere. The shop is right in the middle of it all. We have banners hanging from the ceiling and rolls of flex material stacked against the walls. There isn't much room to walk around, so you have to be careful not to trip over the cables. The air always smells a bit like solvent and ink because of the printing. Faizabad Road is always jammed with traffic, so the sound of horns is just part of our day. I’ve been running this shop since my kids were small. Now they come by after college to help out with the computer work. It’s a family-run thing mostly. We don't have a big office or a reception area. You just walk in from the street and we’re right there at the machines. It gets very busy before local elections or festivals, and we end up staying all night sometimes. We just have some plastic chairs for customers to sit on while they wait. It’s a basic setup, but it’s been working for us for a long time. Karamat Market is a tough place to work because of the heat, but we like being where the action is. It keeps things interesting for us throughout the week.
