You can find us at Flat No. 905 on the 9th floor of the Surya Lake View Apartment in Chinhat, Lucknow. Being up on the 9th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy looking at our screens to notice it much. Cadre Software Solutions Private Limited is a small company. We aren't a big firm with layers of management. If you need something, you just talk to whoever is available. Our work revolves around software, which basically means we spend a lot of time typing and testing things. The apartment serves as our office, which makes for a pretty relaxed atmosphere. We don't wear ties or have formal meetings every morning. We just talk over our desks about what needs to be finished. Chinhat is a decent area to be based in, and we’ve settled into this space quite well over time. It can get a bit noisy when the elevators are busy or when there’s construction nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't try to impress people with big words or fancy office furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy the challenge of solving software puzzles every day. Sometimes we stay late watching the lights over the city, but mostly we just want to get our work done and head home to see our families.
