So, Byvex Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is based out of Indra Nagar here in Lucknow. The address is 10/141. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s not like those huge glass office towers you see in the movies. We like it that way because it’s quiet. Being an OPC means it’s a small setup. I handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff myself, but sometimes others help out when there’s a lot of tech work piling up. The room we work in has one big window that looks out onto the street. You can hear the vegetable sellers going by in the mornings with their carts. It’s a very normal place. We have a couple of computers and a printer that jams way too often. I spend a lot of time on emails and fixing tech issues for people who call. The tea stall around the corner is where I usually go when I need a break from the screen. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, I just get up and answer it. It’s practical. Some days are slow, other days are a complete mess of deadlines and late nights. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small tech business in a place like Lucknow. We just keep plugging away at it day after day. The neighbors are nice enough and don't mind us being here. It feels right for where we are.
